since he was 14, and has many accomplishments to his name. In his 4 years of DJing, ASmooth has been part of such crews as, Lo Maximo Productions, Natural Born Spinners,
and AListRadio.net. He is primarily a Club DJ, and a Mixtape DJ. DJ A-Smooth is not your average young DJ; he did not just go out and buy equipment but started to teach himself all aspects of being a DJ. He would sit in his room practicing for hours, trying out new tricks and honing his skills on his equipment. He spins all types of music from Hip Hop to Latin to Dance! Today, he is building a name to become one of the top DJs. DJ A-Smooth has achieved a buzz both nationally and internationally. DJ A-Smooth has been nominated for 2009 Mixtape Rookie of the Year for the Southern Entertainment Awards. He has been featured on MTV Mixtape Monday's, HipHopDX, Ozone Magazine, and more. He also has been selected as a "top pick of the week" on several mixtape websites. He also is an intern/DJ at the biggest online radio station in the world, AlistRadio.Net working with big time, New York DJ’s. Among his other accomplishments, he is a demo DJ for major equipment manufacturers including, DenonDJ, Rane/Serato, and Community Loudspeakers.
