Eagle Lake Wildlife Sanctuary Hike

Holden, MA

April 20, 2008
Eagle Lake We first visited the Massuachusetts Audubon Society's Eagle Lake Wildlife Sanctuary two years ago and found it to be a true gem, with winding, twisty, hilly trails weaving their way through a variety of interesting landscapes. Our latest visit was just as rewarding; a perfect dose of nature for a nice spring Sunday afternoon.
Hiking through the woods We hiked this way...
Hiking through the woods ...and that way.

Gabriel perched himself atop a fallen tree as Patrick admired the beautiful clear water of Asnebumskit Brook.
