Transportation
Clark Undergraduate Student Council invests in the following modes of transportation in order to provide current students who don’t have their own vehicles an opportunity to go places for free. The four major services we offer are: CUSC Mall Shuttle, CUSC Van Rental, CUSC Boston Bus, the ALL NEW Cougar Cab and CUSC Airport Shuttle. All transportation vehicles pick students up from Maywood Street (across from Clark Admissions). Students board the Mall Shuttle, the Boston Bus and the Cougar Cab on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cougar Cab

Cougar Cab is a brand new initiative from CUSC that aims to provide a late night transportation solutions exclusively for Clark students, so that students can experience Worcester’s late night attractions. Click here to visit Cougar Cab’s main page.

CUSC Van Rental

The van is available for use by student clubs and organizations when the van is not being used for the Student Council Shuttle. For a small fee of $25/day, students may travel to and from events within 250 miles of campus. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have defensive driving course certification through Clark University. To reserve the van for your club or organization, click here.

CUSC Boston Bus

The bi-monthly bus to Boston is a popular resource used by students on campus. Each bus seats about 54. Please note that although we do allow graduate students to use the facility, undergraduate students will always have priority.

CUSC Airport Shuttle

Before most university-wide breaks, CUSC offers a subsidized airport shuttle to take students to the Boston Logan Airport (service to T.F. Green Airport in Providence provided based on interest). Students must sign up beforehand, so look out for flyers and announcements on this website. This is not a free service, but CUSC subsidizes it to ensure that students pay considerably less than they would generally pay for a shuttle service. For questions about this service, or any other CUSC-sponsored service, please email cusc@clarku.edu.

Worcester Consortium Shuttle

The Consortium coordinates an intercampus transportation service, which uses a wheelchair-lift equipped bus, connects six Worcester campuses (WPI, Becker, Assumption, Clark, Worcester State and Holy Cross) with each other and the Worcester Public Library, Union Station, Worcester Art Museum and the downtown area. The service is designed to provide access to other campuses for cross-registration, library use, and athletic and social events. Through connections with the RTA public bus system, the Consortium shuttle also provides full access to the Worcester community for commuting students, jobs and internships, cultural events, entertainment and shopping.
